Year long ($50 enrollment fee) 2nd semester IS a prerequisite to 1st semester and a student CAN NOT jump in mid-year

Learn how to start and run your own business, from brainstorming ideas and audience attraction, product design and aspects, all the way down to marketing, and customer retention, you'll begin to have your own business to start making profits!

Teaching methods would be lecture and videos. While there is no grading scale, the work is based on how well the student puts in the work and if he/she is coachable. Parents may need to help their student open up a business checking account, help with photos or logo designs, and/or ordering business cards. You may also help with marketing and promoting by driving them around. By the end of the program, ideally, they will have already sold a few items, if not making some profit by then. If we get through our course materials early, then the remainder of our time will be on the spot coaching on their needs in the moment.

Required Materials: There are no required materials beside your ingenuity, an open mind, and to be coachable. You will need to know how to do your own research, be web and tech savvy, and know Canva (or at least be willing to learn it).

** All classes require online family registration and enrollment. Year-long classes carry a $50 yearly enrollment fee. This enrolls your student in the class for the entire year. There is no need to re-enroll for 2nd semester. The cost listed in the title of the class is per semester and is due no later than the first day of each semester in an envelope labeled with your student's name & the class name with cash or a check made out to the teacher. Registration and Enrollment Fees are non-refundable.
